Club information
As a club member of NB Alpine this page will help guide you to ensure you have all the forms and deadlines you need.
Each season NB Alpine ski clubs must complete and submit the forms outlined below to NB Alpine. Please complete all forms and submit to NB Alpine by the specified date. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Gary Harding at NB Alpine: nbalpine@nbnet.nb.ca or 506-451-1345.
Forms can be faxed (451-1325) or emailed.
Due Dates & Forms
Before taking part in ski and/or club organized activities or Dec 1, whichever comes first: ACA Membership form. Please note all athletes, coaches and officials must complete an ACA Membership Form. At least one parent per athlete must also complete the form.
June 1: FIS registration – FEE OF $305.00
An ACA Membership Form, Athletes Declaration Form and a Medical Form is to be completed.
September 1: FIS registration – FEE OF $395.00
An ACA Membership Form, Athletes Declaration Form and a Medical Form is to be completed.
September 1: Event Registration Form. This form is to be completed by each club and should include events such as fundraisers, dryland training, races, etc. It includes both on and off snow activities.
November 1: Club Application
This form is completed annually by each club.
November 30: Request for CODEX registration
This form is completed annually by a race club that is hosting a nationally sanctioned race at their club.
As required: Supplemental Event Registration
This form is to be used for events not included in the Event Registration Form submitted September 1.
